Dear Church Family,

As we face each day, we should be asking,
“Am I moving forward or standing still?
Do I love what I am doing in my Career?
Am I pleased with my relationship with
my spouse, our kids?
Do I have healthy lifestyle?”

The root word for motivations “move” and movement is change. Truthful answers to the above and the other questions will tell you whether you want or need to change. the key to successful change
is discipline and reprogramming our mindset. Sometimes our
inner voice will tell us not to rock the boat, to stay on the path
of least resistance, but our heart is telling us otherwise.

We need to listen with our heart as it will help us break away from
the notorious “com-fort zone,” We need to confront our fears.
Here is a good test: when one unsatisfying day blurs into the next,
our life is begging for a change. I have found out that comfort zones
will put padlocks on our growth and enjoyment in our lives.
Remember this little saying when it comes to change: inch by inch,
life is a cinch, yard by yard, life is hard, I learned that we need to
unlock one door at a time. If we do this, we will soon achieve the goals
we have set. Here are some key points to remember:

-No Pain, no gain. There will be setbacks
-Fear is a human emotion. The absence of fear is not courage,
it is brain damage.
-Every time you conquer any fear, no matter how small,
you are prepared for the next challenge.

Your emotional battery and nourish your soul. Just do it Choose change and let it make a positive difference in your life. Life is a journey
and here’s wishing you the very best on yours!
